SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
At Luxbunble, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible.
For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need to be sent in separate packages. This means you may not receive all your products in one package.
Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address or custom clearance imports.
While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside of this time frame as we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our deliveries. We cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

- Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

PAYMENT METHODS
Luxbunble accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
